Crete Villa Holiday - Availability & Prices

Please contact us (via our "Contact Us" web page link) to find out availability of our villa. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Please remember that Villa Kalithea is also our "second home" and we only have availability when we aren't staying in the villa ourselves.

Our prices are for the villa per week (NOT per person). Maximum occupancy 6 people. We offer a discount on the prices shown below for bookings for just two people and for repeat bookings for two or more weeks. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date. Full payment is required for bookings made less than 8 weeks before the arrival date. Prices before any applicable discounts are:

April - £550 per week; May - £650 per week; June - £750 per week; July - £850 per week; August - £900 per week; September - £750 per week; October - £650; November £550 per week.

Bookings will generally be from Tuesday - Tuesday to align with flights into Chania airport. However, please contact us to discuss alternative travel arrangements.
